Sturgeon Point Renovation

This unique piece of Sturgeon Point history will be getting a light renovation to house another generation of Sturgeon Point cottaging. We are currently working on planning so that this traditional, east facing charming cottage gets the glow up it deserves. We have worked with these clients on other projects, they are a stylish family with many of their own inspiring creative ideas which we love! It was time for a down-sizing when it came to cottage size and this new location will serve our client’s needs much better as it relates to their lifestyle.

Sturgeon Point Waterfront

We have kicked off this complete tear down of a west facing, generational cottage. This family of four will be getting a new farmhouse style cottage which will become the family gathering spot for many future years of waterside fun!

This unique and interesting wall of playbills from London and Broadway theatre acts, will be repurposed for the mudroom ceiling.

Jasper and Hudson have already started enjoying the process.

Sugarbush – Cameron Lake Project

Sugarbush is a beautiful property and will receive a full renovation of an existing family cottage that’s been added on to several times over the years. The views are unreal and we can’t wait to share our plan with you! The owners are a three-generation family who look forward to enjoying this open and bright end result.  

Stoney Lake – Bedwell Project 

Our Stoney Lake project is a large transformation and will feature a surprise reveal for the client! Our design team are busy planning all the logistics for timelines, product orders and design coordination. Surprise reveals don’t happen often so we are looking forward to sharing this one with all of you!

We will also be adding on to the garage as part of the design. This property features gorgeous deck views and the design improvements we are making, will create a wonderful family gathering place.

Sturgeon Lake Viceroy

We are in the process of renovating a traditional viceroy cottage that faces east so that our clients will enjoy many a sunrise. We will use the same footprint but it will be updated dramatically. Our clients purchased this cottage from their parents, and as the second generation, more memorable times will be had in what we create for them!
 

Clear Lake – Kitchen Project 

Our Clear Lake project is for previous clients who are now looking for a full kitchen renovation. After a full renovation to their basement walk-out, our clients are looking to continue the work we started!

Balsam Lake

This project features a full renovation of the cottage and now we are also working on landscaping and an Additional Residential Unit (ARU) for the next generation which will move forward in March. For this work we will match the exterior with the main cottage for consistency and to optimize the design direction.  It will be a traditional design with both modern and traditional touches. We also look forward to executing full interior design.

Stoney Lake – Cheboutequion Drive

This project is a tear down with full new build. The design will be a mix of contemporary and farmhouse. We are currently working on the plans which include new furniture and front to end landscaping. The family will live here permanently and share the build with the rest of their families.

Cameron Lake – The Moorings Condo

This project consists of a 1600 square foot condo within the new Moorings development. Spectacular sunset views will cap off the gorgeous interior design plans that we have lined up for this space!
